On an Olympus stylus tough 6020 how do you switch to 14M image size?

I have an olympus tough 6020 and i cannot switch to 14M image size. Every time i try to switch from 8M to 14M it alerts me and says that I have conflicting settings on the camera. I have gone through and switched all the relevant settings that I know of and still no luck. I am sure this is a user error but I cant figure it out. Any suggestions?
