Cheap art filter cameras?

I want to buy a new camera and i was wondering if there are any cameras like the Olympus PEN PL2 camera which uses art filters? I really love all the art filter effects but unfortunatly I can't afford the Olympus PEN PL2. Are there any cheaper cameras that i could buy? I'm not really interested in any other advanced features, just the art filters and i dont really want to spend more than �300( but the cheaper the better) please help.
