Then go and find the "customer reviews" by a search of the brand and particular model you're interested in. The owners usually tell it like it is. This is the best way I've found to research anything I'm interested in purchasing and see what those who've already bought the product think of it after using it for awhile. I've had my mind changed about products several times after you read about the shortfalls of a particular brand or model, and the positives about a brand or model you didn't even consider.
