How many days should you buy tickets for at Wizarding World of Harry Potter?

That is the only park i want to go in at Universal and I heard you should spend at LEAST one day there... would u suggest going 2 days or just one.. Are there any other GREAT parks at Universal that are a must see? What are the best parks to go to at Universal/Islands of adventure/Disney?
