Would you be upset if your teenage son or daughter got a small tattoo?

It would have to be a well thought out decision and have to be something very meaningful to them. I would just prefer if they would warn me that they were thinking about it first, so I dont freak out thinking they've done this rushed thing out of peer pressure with no thought into it at all.
