Who are one of your favorite villains in fantasy?

I just want to know who are one of your favorite villains in fantasy. Mines is Luke Castellan from Percy Jackson because he's so remarkable, i don't mean it that way, but his evilness justifies his motivation for turning against Olympus. Who are your favorite ones?
