How to clean sensor on a olympus x-42 digital camera?

I have a black spot on my olympus x-42 camera that just won't go away. I have cleaned the lens but the spot appears to be on the inside of the Camera. After surfing for an answer it seams the the spot is most likely to be on the sensor, but how do i clean the sensor on a olympus x-42 digital camera and further more where is it? do i have to take the Camera to pieces?
