How do owners of guide dogs ....?

know how to clean up poop? This is not a flippant question. As a dog owner I know how hard it can sometimes be to clear up all the mess left behind - especially if the dog is suffering from a bit of diarrhoea. By the same token, how are owners on mobility scooters able to get down to ground level? Sensible answers please!
