Does Y!A support the First Amendment and does the First Amendment override Community Guidelines?

1st Amendment protects you from the government punishing any speech. What a private company can and can't do to punish speech is based on their own internal policies, so Yahoo could ban the word "Orange" tomorrow, and they'd be well within their rights.
